Ground & Heal In-House Essential Oil Blend

Description

This in-house essential oil blend is delicately formulated to stabilize emotional chaos and the feeling of anxious. It helps to achieve grounding and healing by promoting a deep sense of calm and relaxation.   

Directions

Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. For skin applications, dilute to 5% in a carrier oil or your favourite body care products.

Ingredients

Frankincense, Vetiver, Cedarwood, Patchouli, Myrrh, Australian Sandalwood

Caution

For external use only.  Do not apply undiluted essential oil on skin.  If you experience any reaction, stop using it and observe the reaction.  If needed, please seek advice from your doctor.
