Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Joy of Oiling! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have  calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Sealed item must not be opened.
Your item must be in the original packaging and attached with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we received your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inspect the returned item and immediately notify you on the status of your refund thereafter.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or bank account (based upon your original method of payment). For credit card, you will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. For online banking, you will be received the refund within 2 to 3 working days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item to us. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
