Slumber Rest In-House Essential Oil Blend

Description

This in-house essential oil blend is delicately formulated to quiet mind and calm body, as well as to promote a good night rest.  This blend is especially dedicated to those who are unable to use lavender essential oil.  

Directions

Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. For skin applications, dilute to 5% in a carrier oil or your favourite body care products.

Ingredients

Himalayan Cedarwood, Ho Wood, Sweet Orange, Vetiver, Ylang Ylang Complete, Roman Chamomile

Caution

For external use only.  Do not apply undiluted essential oil on skin.  If you experience any reaction, stop using it and observe the reaction.  If needed, please seek advice from your doctor.
