Deep Sleep In-House Essential Oil Blend

Description

This in-house essential oil blend is delicately formulated to calm mind and body particularly after a choatic day.  It also helps to fall asleep and have a quality night of sleep.  This essential oil blend is safe to be used for kids below 10 years old.

Directions

Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.  For skin applications, dilute to 5% in a carrier oil or your favourite body care products. 

Ingredients

Lavender, Green Mandarin, Roman Chamomile, Patchouli, Petitgrain, Vetiver, Blue Tansy

Caution

For external use only.  Do not apply undiluted essential oil on skin.  If you experience any reaction, stop using it and observe the reaction.  If needed, please seek advice from your doctor.
