Directions

Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.  For skin applications, dilute to 5% in a carrier oil or your favourite body care products.

Peppermint, Eucalyptus Globulus, Rosemary, Basil, Frankincense Serrata, Lavender, Roman Chamomile
