This comforting blend is a beautiful companion during the menstrual cycle, helping create a soothing and relaxing atmosphere when you’re feeling uncomfortable, tense or emotionally overwhelmed. It can also be incorporated into a gentle postpartum self-care routine, giving new mothers a calming moment to pause, breathe and reconnect with themselves.

When diffused, U-Care creates a warm and comforting aroma that is especially lovely during moments of emotional ups and downs, stress or tension.

Directions

Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.  For skin applications, dilute to 5% in a carrier oil or your favourite body care products.

Bergamot, Clary Sage, Ho Wood, Geranium, Cypress, Frankincense, Ylang Ylang, Jasmine
