U-Care In-House Essential Oil Blend

Description

This in-house essential oil blend is delicately formulated to balance women's hormones and reduce menstrual pains.  It also helps to enhance postpartum recovery.  When diffused, it is great to alleviate emotional turbulence. 

Directions

Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.  For skin applications, dilute to 5% in a carrier oil or your favourite body care products.

Ingredients

Bergamot, Clary Sage, Ho Wood, Geranium, Cypress, Frankincense, Ylang Ylang, Jasmine

Caution

For external use only.  Do not apply undiluted essential oil on skin.  If you experience any reaction, stop using it and observe the reaction.  If needed, please seek advice from your doctor.
