Relieve In-House Essential Oil Blend

Description

This in-house essential oil blend is delicately formulated to relieve the feeling of stress and tension.  It also helps to melt away headache and unwind mind and body. 

Directions

Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.  For skin applications, dilute to 5% in a carrier oil or your favourite body care products.

Ingredients

Peppermint, Eucalyptus Globulus, Rosemary, Basil, Frankincense Serrata, Lavender, Roman Chamomile

Caution

For external use only.  Do not apply undiluted essential oil on skin.  If you experience any reaction, stop using it and observe the reaction.  If needed, please seek advice from your doctor.  

This essential oil blend is not suitable for children below 10 years old. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under medication, please consult your doctor before using it.
