Plant Therapy Relax Essential Oil Blend

Relax was created to help you take relaxation to the next level by supporting a state of mind that is calming, so you can feel more at ease. It is made up of the pure, undiluted essential oils of Lavender, Marjoram, Mandarin, Patchouli, Geranium Egyptian, and Chamomile Roman. Together these remarkable oils have incredible therapeutic properties that have a calming and soothing aroma.

ALL INGREDIENTS

Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Citrus Nobilis (Green Mandarin) Peel Oil, Origanum Majorana (Sweet Marjoram) Flower/Leaf/Stem Oil, Pogostemon Cablin (Patchouli) Leaf Oil, Anthemis Nobilis (Roman Chamomile) Flower Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens (Bourbon Geranium) Leaf Oil

HOW TO USE

Diffuse or put a drop or two near your pillow at night. This blend is also great mixed with carrier oil or added to a warm bath. To help relieve tension, you might want to try a few drops mixed with unscented body lotion or carrier oil and apply throughout the day.

Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to 3-5% in a carrier.
