Plant Therapy Peru Balsam Essential Oil

Description

Peru Balsam originates from El Salvador and is extracted using steam distillation  from the balsam of the Myroxylon balsamum tree. Peru Balsam has a sweet, vanilla-like aroma with a subtle hint of cinnamon.

This wonderful aroma helps soothe out-of-control emotions, calms nervous tension, and can promote a tranquil environment. It can be used during times of respiratory congestion to help you breathe easier.

The main constituent of Peru Balsam is Benzoic Acid, which is well-known for it's abilities to keep minor scrapes and skin issues “clean”. It can help with dry or rough, reddened skin. Add it to your favorite body care products for a wonderful, natural perfume that is pleasing to the senses!

Directions

Place 3 drops of Peru Balsam and 3 drops of Orange Sweet in your AromaFuse Diffuser to promote a calm environment.

Add to body wash, lotion, body cream, or shampoo for a great perfume fragrance. We recommend a maximum dilution of 0.4%.
